Dear friends at CBC,

When naming our children we have always honored the name their birth mothers gave them. Their middle name reflects something about their character that is uniquely theirs. If you want to know Jesus, look at His Name – it reveals something unique about his character and His Love for you. Come and join us in the coming Sundays as we prepare to meet Christ in a fresh way during this Advent Season by looking at His Name.

Visitation Tuesday, 3-8 pm at Kutis Funeral Home.
Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Wed. Nov. 30 at 9:15 am, to St. John Catholic Church (Imperial) for 10 am Mass. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.

Saturday, December 10th
Scrapbooking. 10 am-5 pm at CBC. Bring your own craft to work on or come and enjoy the fellowship. Soup lunch provided. Bring a snack to share. Questions? Contact Crystal Huebschen: 747-8366 or 772-8025

Sunday, December 11th
6 p.m. at CBC. Kevin Hensley will report on his mission trip with Tom Shook to Japan. Bring a light snack, like you would for small group.

Saturday, December 17th:
Covenant Women's Cookie Exchange at Naomi Smith's December 17th. 11am-1pm. Tea, Brunch and pass the cookies please. Each woman should bring a plate of up to 2dozen cookies and a copy of the recipe used. Bring a friend or invite a guest.

Sunday, December 18th:
Annual White Elephant Gift exchange and Soup Supper at the Gainer's December 18th 4pm-7pm+. Bring a wrapped gift to share, no ‘junk’ please, just something, unique and fun.

Saturday, December 24th
7.00 p.m. Christmas Eve Service – Candle Light, Drama, Music. For the entire family. Invite friends who don’t typically attend church.

Sunday, December 25
No small group – Christmas Day
11.00 a.m.– Christmas Service. Music, Children’s Choir and a ‘surprise’. For the entire family. Invite!
