Dear covenant family, I look forward to this Sunday as we celebrate the baptism of at least three people from our church family. Baptism is a powerful expression of the finished work at Calvary – his death and resurrection – reflected in and through our lives. Come and hear testimonies this Sunday of those who are baptized and a short expository of the meaning of baptism – with the invitation for all of us to remember the incredible work of Christ at Calvary. We will end it with a potluck. See you Sunday! Remember, things are different this Sunday: 10.30 – Meet at the Farmington Civic Center swimming pool for (short) baptism service 11.00 – Church Service at Covenant Bible Church with testimonies 12.00 or so…Potluck Lunch afterwards. CBC is looking for a Computer In order to help with the work of church administration, CBC is looking for a computer – either a desktop or laptop – with wireless internet connection and the capacity to run email, word processing and book keeping programs.
