September 25,2013

Dear Covenant family,

‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven’ – Mt 6:10 (NASB)

You are in for a ‘Dutch treat’ this Sunday as we look at Chapter 25 in ‘the Story’. During his last visit about two years ago, I had asked my dad to share with us on Sunday. His message, spiced with Dutch stories, family illustrations and personal artwork blessed many. He was willing to do it again on this visit, so this Sunday father and son will team up in a sermon called ‘Your Kingdom Come’. What does it mean to have ‘His Kingdom come”? According to this verse, something tangible should happen when Gods people unite with that purpose. Come and find out what that could look like for your life, for CBC and for this community. And for those who want to show some Dutch support, please surprise my dad and dress in something orange (our national color).
