Dear Covenant family,

‘Whoever drinks of the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life’ – John 4:13,14

Encounters with Jesus #3: From a highly educated Pharisee to a prophet dressed in camel skin, they all find their way to Christ. This week we’ll meet a woman at a well. She resembles many you may know in our society, and if you’re honest, her characteristics are probably found in the hearts of all of us. As we ‘Cast our Nets’ this year, her story gives us five specific clues about effectively sharing and living the Gospel with those around us, and ends with the claim that this world, and thus America is filled with people open to hear the Gospel – thirsty for Living Water! As we cast our nets, let’s discover more of this awesome Jesus as we look at how He loves a woman at our daily well.
